HOW IT WORKS

From an initial estimate
to a completed transaction.

Start with estimates. We handle buyer conversations and coordinate the transaction. You choose which records to include and whether to accept an offer.

Transactions can close in 5–10 days.

01

Start with an estimate.

Use your office headcount and years in business to explore an initial range. Add your industry, software and contact details to request a quote.

02

Talk through the history you have.

We discuss the systems your team uses, the work those systems capture and the approximate volume of records available. This gives us a clearer picture to take to buyers.

03

Find out whether buyers are interested.

Initial buyer interest and indicative offers can be sought using estimated volumes by system. You can explore an offer before transferring the underlying records.

04

Choose the offer and the scope.

Review the price, permitted uses and license duration. Choose which systems, folders, record categories and date ranges to include. The license is non-exclusive, so you retain ownership.

05

Prepare the agreed records.

Your team makes a one-time export of the agreed material. We coordinate the next steps. Identifying details are removed or changed while the workflow remains useful. Access to raw files is restricted during preparation, and raw files are deleted after processing.

06

Complete the transaction and get paid.

The agreed offer sets out payment and delivery. The buyer pays your company for the license and pays TELEGRAPH LAB when the transaction closes. There are no seller fees.

ILLUSTRATIVE WORKFLOW · FICTIONAL RECORDS

A customer needs their order a day early.

Four connected records show how the team makes it happen.

  1. 01

    The request

    Email · Outlook
From Company 021 · [EMAIL REMOVED]

Can order Order 014 arrive Day 03 instead of Day 04? We need it a day earlier.

  2. 02

    The constraint

    Order notes · NetSuite

Employee 027 checked Order 014. Stock is ready, but the scheduled collection would miss the new delivery date.

  3. 03

    The decision

    Team message · Teams

Employee 027: No earlier slot with the usual carrier. Switched to another carrier within budget, moved collection and updated Company 021.

  4. 04

    The outcome

    Confirmation · Outlook

Company 021: Order 014 arrived Day 03, a day early. Thank you.

The problem, the decision and the outcome stay connected.

AI buyers can follow how a team handles a changing deadline.

You choose what to include. From whole systems to individual folders and date ranges.

Raw files are deleted after processing. Access to those files is restricted during preparation.
